Home in a great area, so close to anything you need. It is very clean, kitchen is fully equipped all details covered down to extra toothbrushes/toothpaste. Communication with host was fast and professional. Great place for anyone but especially traveling professionals with a family. My son felt right at home.

We really loved our stay at this listing! Our family felt so comfortable and safe staying here. Clint was extremely responsive and very attentive and we could certainly tell he was concerned about the quality of our stay. We loved Birmingham and will definitely be back and would love to stay at Clint's place next time too!

Clint is a great host and very informative! If I had any questions or concerns he was right there to answer or solve anything. The place was very nicely decorated and homey. The nature view from the balcony is so amazing with a nice hot cup of coffee. I would definitely book with Clint again. I enjoyed my stay!

This is my second time staying at one of Clints properties and this one was even more beautiful than the last. He is friendly, always easy to reach, and the properties are gorgeous. I will definitely make Clints properties my go to for Birmingham if they aren't all booked.

Awesome rental. Super peaceful, quiet neighborhood. Fast internet, comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen with appliances and neccesities. Great added touch with the keurig and k cups stocked. Great stay, would definitely rent again. Great communication and was able to rent on short notice. Family friendly and so comfortable and very, very clean. Towels were big and plush and there were even extra toothbrushes and toohpaste, we always loose a toothbrush when traveling. Super convenient location. You can tell they took the time to set up this airbnb with great thought on what was needed when traveling. Bonus was the sound machine in one of the bedrooms, that was a great touch. There were very well done labels for operating the washer/dryer, light switches and wifi info. You can tell the hosts are very on the ball and organized, it was great. Well worth it and better than any hotel around. It felt like our home away from home. 5/5 would recommend.

We enjoyed this lovely condo. It’s just as pictured. Do take note of the stairs leading down into the condo in case you have a disability in this area. The location was extremely quiet and close enough to town without the noise of traffic and such. Clint and his team are very quick to respond with any issues you may have so do reach out to him!

Fantastic stay! Nice added touches... providing shampoo, conditioner, Keurig, nice linens, desk with printer and very well equipped kitchen. Great location, close to the Summit for shopping and variety of fast food to upscale restaurants all within a 10 minute drive away! I'd definitely stay there again!

Very safe neighborhood. Very clean but it does appear to be an older condo unit. Great coffee selection and the bathrooms and bedrooms were nice sized! Lots of restaurants very near as well as grocery stores

Clint has a wonderful AirBnb. It truly is a home away from home! It is very updated and located in a safe and quiet neighborhood. The 3 large TVs are a real plus. Clints place was very nicely decorated and comfortable. My daughter and I stayed for the weekend. We went to the farmers market at Peppers Place and cooked our meals there. It had everything we needed to do so. Quiet And relaxing place. I would highly recommend it.

This is a fantastic condo for the money! Well decorated, super clean, and in a convenient, safe location. Easy/short driving distance to downtown Birmingham, Mountain Brook, Vestavia Hills, shopping, dining, Oak Mountain State Park, and other amenities.
Clint was an excellent host who responded almost immediately to messages and questions. I was traveling and distracted and he managed to make the entire process easy and nearly “distraction-proof.” I would highly recommend both the property and the host!

Clint's place was clean, decorated nicely and soothing. Amenities were great, especially the coffee and clean cups! Ok, we had a great place to stay but better yet....we had come into the area for an adventure race. We are a little on the "seasoned" side of life and probably shouldn't be racing in such a manner. Much to our surprise when we crawled home after the race, Clint had some remedies nicely laid out for us - Wine and recovery meds! Greatly appreciated and very much needed!

The condo was in a perfect location. We were 10-15 minutes from anywhere in Birmingham. The condo was very clean and well appointed. We loved the screened porch overlooking the trees. Clint was responsive and provided clear and easy directions. I would stay here again.

If you’re looking for a home away from home then look no further. This quaint condo is very spacious with all of the amenities you could possibly need. There are shops and eateries minutes from the condo. Anytime we are back in Birmingham, I will be sure to book if available.

Clint’s property was better than the pictures described. I took my daughter there for a basketball tournament and he allowed us to check in early. There is not a better or safer location than this. It is within a few minutes of almost any type of restaurant and shopping areas. Very quite area with nice neighbors. Very good communicator. AAU basketball has took us to many places and this was the best!

Clint quickly responds. The condo show time was put into it to make it stylish and a strong home feeling. The pictures are accurate. Also, Clint went out of his way to bring us our son’s wallet after it got left when we checked out. The condo was close to the Hoover Met which allowed us quick travel time for our son’s baseball tournament. Great place, quiet area, and we would definitely stay here again.

I would give Clint's place 6 stars for my experience if possible. The sparkling clean unit was conveniently located for travel to the Hoover Met Sports Complex where my son was participating in a baseball tournament. Clint was in constant communication with me to ensure the stay met our expectations. My family and I will definitely stay at Clint's place the next time we are in the area!

This condo was great! The unit is beautiful and designed amazingly. Quiet community and close to everything you need. Pool is in very close walking distance. We very much enjoyed our stay. Very minimal check out procedures. Will be coming back if the need arises!
