Nice unit in Highland Park. Area felt completely safe, market and parks nearby. A couple of things to note - not really ADA accessible if you have a stroller or wheelchair. The front entrance has a step or two and the back entrance through the bedroom has a super narrow walkway to navigate. Lots of communication pre-check in. However we were reminded several times that check out was at 11am (SHARP) and at 10:55am someone opened the rear entrance to the unit unannounced. She was apologetic & quickly left, but really, give people some grace before attempting to come in.

I was totally undecided on if I should leave a review but it’s best to be honest ‘em jump. Finding this Airbnb was not hard despite the hills. The Airbnb itself looks exactly like the pictures. It was a nice space but I would recommend it for 2-3 people. Everything was going well until my first night of sleeping in the bed I woke up with my neck inflamed of bite marks. I’m not sure if there appeared to be bed bugs or what. I wish I could insert pictures. That was the only downfall to my stay here. My neck is still red, itchy, and swelling.

We could hear people in the unit upstairs walking around but fortunately they didn’t stay up too late.

Clint’s place was awesome-clean with great atmosphere and nice hospitality touches like extra blankets, extra toothbrushes, and plenty of coffee. We had a minor issue with unlocking the keypad during check in but thankfully Clint contacted us to resolve it right away. Location was great too!

We loved staying at Clint’s place!! Everything was right there in the Airbnb didn’t have to leave for almost anything! Such a nice modern cozy vibe. Very clean! Definitely will be back again!!

My wife and I were in town for a couple nights and enjoyed our stay. The apartment was nicely updated and had everything we could have asked for. Nice touches with the toothbrush / toothpaste kit in the bathroom. Close to a few nice parks and a good restaurant and coffee shop. Would stay again if we come back to Bham!

Wonderful place for a business and pleasure trip! Comfortable, clean, lots of amenities. Even extra toothbrushes, and I didn’t realize I had forgotten mine until I saw them on the bathroom counter! Clint gave lots of good information. The local guide was helpful.

Highland Park is a fantastic neighborhood; close to everything but just a hair outside the busiest spots so you can get some quiet. The apartment is beautifully decorated and well equipped for anything you need. Super professional host.

Great value and in a safe part of town. Apartment was clean and cute. Lots of messages sent out as reminders, but my least favorite was regarding a noise complaint when I wasn’t even present in the apartment. I rely on sleeping during the day because I work at night so I am extra cautious even in my own home to be quiet.

Can’t go wrong with this place it was very clean and had everything you can ask for! And it’s a perfect location away from the main road but it’s actually right by everything so location is great. And Clint is very professional and quick to respond and accommodate in any way he can and we appreciate that. Will be booking with Clint again when in town!

Great place! It was very comfortable and clean. The view was outstanding and we were able to watch July 4th fireworks originating from multiple locations (but not Vulcan Park). Every morning we would take 30-45 minute walks along different routes through the neighborhood and enjoyed looking at the homes mostly built in the 1920's. Will definitely try to book it on a future trip.

Lets get into the Clint experience!
First off I booked the wrong location! Luckily Clint was nice enough to let me stay at one of his other locations that was in downtown Birmingham! It was NEAR EVERYTHING!
Soo check-in was easy! The four digit code will be easy for you to remember and everything is as advertised!
The apartment was clean clean I mean like real clean ya’ll!
He has everything you can think of from kitchen utensils etc and even cleaning supplies!
I’m a heavy coffee drinker so the Keurig with the assorted K Cups came in handy!
Even though it’s not a hotel the bathroom gave the hotel feel! He has a floor mat, extra toothbrushes, toothpaste, body wash, and A LOT of towels!
The bed was so soft!! We traveled for about 14 hours so once ww arrived which was late we wanted to shower and get into bed LORD that bed was EVERYTHING I mean we fell asleep instantly and even took a pic of the mattress to purchase one for our home!
Folks if you are EVER in the area for travel BOOK WITH CLINT everything is as advertised I PROMISE YOU!

Amazing experience! The apartment was just as pictured, clean and stylish with all of the amenities we could of possibly needed. Check in and check out were both so easy and seamless. Just all around a great experience and stay. Would highly recommend- in fact I already have to several folks! Neighborhood is awesome, close to downtown attractions but also easily accessible from surrounding neighborhoods and suburbs. Will definitely be staying here again!

I just accepted a job in Birmingham and haven’t had a place to live for about two weeks. I wish I had found Clint’s place a week ago! He thought of everything — literally everything down to extra toothbrushes, measuring cups, coffee pods, and even a first aid kit! If it’s not there, you don’t need it.
It’s a super stylish place in a really pretty neighborhood. Very clean too!
I recommend this place 1000%.
