Location was great! Beds were very comfortable. The back screened in porch was a really nice touch. Hosts were very responsive which is always nice. Soaps, shampoos etc. are provided, which is a nice touch, but very strong smelling, so if you're sensitive to strong perfumes you'll want to bring your own. Apartment is older and can use a little TLC, but overall a great place and would recommend!

Great and wonderful place to stay! Wonderfully equipped and large rooms with plenty of space. Close to everything, but with a quick drive on US280 North, you’ll find yourself in downtown Birmingham where the magic begins! Hook a left in I-459 and you’ll end up in Hoover where you can find other places to get into. You’ll love it as much as we did.

This was a great place to stay for our four-day visit to Birmingham. Value wise, we'd have spent just as much (perhaps more) on a nice one or two room hotel. This place is a slightly older property, but very well maintained, clean, and comfortable appointed. It's a three level townhome with two nice bedrooms, and a living room/kitchen on the bottom floor. It also has a screened-in back porch which looks out onto a wooded area, and has a walking trail around a small lake. We really enjoyed our stay here, and would book the property again for a future visit.

Clint place was exactly what was pictured check in was a breeze location was shocking you are literally near EVERYTHING and I loved that I was within minutes of all major restaurants, shop, and etc.. Only thing that bother me was the neighbors was more on the loud side than what I’m use to! Other than that this place will provide you with all you need for your stay

Beautiful townhome that is quiet, private, and in the perfect location. It is split level so expect to climb a set of stairs or plan to bring a baby gate to block them. We have littles so I wish I had thought through that a little better. The beds are comfortable and there was plenty of space for a pack and play and an extra pallet on the floor for kiddos. We met my parents there for the weekend and it was nice that everyone had their own space. The hospitality was wonderful. Very intentional and fully furnished unit that exceeded our expectations and met all of our needs. The sound machines and water filter pitcher were a nice surprise. The coffee selections were delicious and it was well stocked. Overall a lovely place to stay. We will be back!

Great value and set up for our family of 5. Stayed at this property during a home renovation for a week. Very convenient location to HWY 280. The property was clean, well stocked with the essentials, easy check-in/check-out process and great communication with Clint. Would recommend for travelers who prefer an AirBNB over a hotel or who are traveling with a larger party needed multiple rooms. Would definitely recommend for families in need of temporary housing as we were. Thanks to Clint for making it easy for us!

Beautiful place. There are 3 pools and many grilling areas in the clubhouse area. And a very nice walking trail around the lake. The home itself was furnished prettily in blues and greys. There were plenty of pillows and blankets. The bathrooms included soap and wrapped toothbrushes. The kitchen came with several appliances like toaster, drip coffee, kerig, blender, and air frier. We stayed for a long weekend and really enjoyed it. Would stay again!

Beautiful apartment. Very clean, nicely decorated and comfortable big beds. We were able to use the pool and the trail around the water was great for running and walking. The apartment is conveniently located near lots of restaurants and a grocery store. We would stay here again.

Updated and clean apartment as accurately shown in photos. It was conveniently located near shopping and restaurants and was a short 25 minute drive from the airport. The host was easy to work with and always available. There were plenty of bath towels and nice touches like K-cups, paper towels, travel size toiletries, laundry and dishwasher detergent pods, hand soap, extra trash bags, etc. We had a very nice stay!
The apartment has a tri-level floorplan. The front door entryway is conveniently across from the parking lot with one step into the unit. The entry level has a half bath and an ensuite bedroom. There are six steps that lead up to a hall laundry area with full size washer and dryer, a hall linen closet, and the second ensuite bedroom. Both bedrooms feature king sized beds, TVs, and walk-in closets.
Also from the main entryway level, there are six steps leading down into the main living space which includes a living room (with wet bar, fireplace, and sliders to a screened porch), a dining area, and the kitchen.

I have family that lives in Birmingham and have spent Thanksgiving with them each year. This year, I was looking for a space outside of my dad's house that didn't cost me a ton of money but would allow for some privacy and personal space while visiting. I reserved a space with Clint who then contacted me about a week prior to say he had a cancellation in this larger townhouse, so I grabbed it. It was absolutely wonderful. The space is warm and welcoming, and Clint was more than accommodating to see what he could do to make my stay as perfect as possible. His directions and expectations were clear and made me feel comfortable knowing that I was prepared. I will absolutely be looking to stay here again, as it was conveniently located to my brother who lives in Vestavia Hills and my dad who lives in Hoover. There are tons of restaurants and quaint shops and stores like Target close; however, the neighborhood is gated and had some amazing amenities. I can't thank Clint enough for his ability to be present to me--even through a holiday--and also willing to let me be. You won't be disappointed with anything at Clint's place!
