The apartment looks just like it does in the pictures. I was impressed by how clean it was and the attention to detail. I am a coffee drinker and was glad that there was a keurig machine and coffee pods. It was a pleasant stay.

If you like a convenient location to downtown, thin walls, noisiness, squeaky floors, foreign hair strands in the bathroom and towels, stained towels, stained mattress and sheets, dust literally hanging from the ceiling fan, then this is the unit for you! For me, I’ll pass on this one in the future

Excellent Condo. Great location in the gorgeous historic district of Birmingham. Very clean and nicely furnished unit with some thoughtful and personal touches such as complimentary coffee, toiletries etc that really made our stay comfortable. A great host, easy to communicate with and always available within minutes of sending a message. Highly recommended for a stay.

This place was perfect. The location was great. It was close to restaurants and breweries and in a great neighborhood. The condo was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. Having coffee and creamer provided was a nice touch. Clint was easy to communicate with and check in was easy. Would definitely stay at this place again.

Pros- Quiet Area, Very Clean, Has a Updated modern look and looks exactly like the pictures. The view of the City from the Balcony is so beautiful at Night. Cliff is very nice and has all your essential needs to accommodate you while you there. He responds within 5 mins if you have any concerns. I will book any of cliff properties my
Cons- You only have 1 parking pass so if you traveling with two cars one vehicle has to park on the street and one car get a parking spot your car can get towed if you park in a parking spot without permit at your expense

We came in town for funerals on short notice and Clint was able to accommodate us. Very attentive to details, he kept the lines of communication open from start to finish, helping to make an otherwise daunting task bearable. Check-In & Out was a breeze. As for the place: Believe the photos! The apartment was nicely decorated, clean, well designed and stocked with the amenities of home. Just a few minutes from downtown Birmingham, we woke up each morning to a beautiful view overlooking the city skyline. Our neighbors were friendly & the neighborhood itself peaceful and quiet-perfect for an early morning or evening stroll. Publix, CVS and local restaurants are nearby. Parking is right outside the door. Overall a very pleasant experience. We now have a “home away from home” in the Magic City!

The apartment was more than advertised. It sits upon a hill with a beautiful view of the city of Birmingham. On site parking which was important to me. Beautiful rustic neighborhood with very friendly people. The apartment was very clean, more than sufficiently furnished. The king bed slept well, very well. Amenities were more than sufficient. Communication was seamless from start to finish. Just be aware that there are ten steps up to the apartment. Would definitely stay again!

Exceeded my expectation! CLEAN, SAFE LOCATION, FAST RESPONSES! I was hesitant at first because this is a relatively new listing. However, i was very pleased with the location and the cleanliness of the apartment. I had to move to another unit because of the freeze over and Clint accommodated me in minutes which was really nice. It was very quite. Only thing i will say is that the walls are pretty thin. Any time the neighbors dog barked i heard it. Lol that’s my only “complaint” but o was always studying for an exam so i required complete silence. Other than that, i really enjoyed staying at clints place! :)
